Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

Milk Powder - 200 gms
Sugar - 200 gms
Cocoa powder - 25 gms
Unsalted Butter - 100 gms
Water - 125 gms
Ghee - 1 Tea spoon

Materials:
1. Aluminum Tray or a silver plate or chocolate moulds
2. Knife

1. Sieve Milk powder( alternatibely you can use Nestle Dairy Whitener) and Cocoa Powder 3 times so that they mix well and keep it aside
2. Put Sugar in to a pan and add water to it. Start heating this till you get a one thread consistency.
3. Now add butter to it and stir well till the butter melts and mixes nicely with the sugar solution.
4. Now add the Milk powder and Cocoa powder mix slowly. Once added, keep stirring the mix for about 5- 6 minutes in low flame only. You will see the mix raising nicely while stirring.
6. Now pour this in to the greased tray / plate / chocolate moulds and cool it to room temperature.
7. Cut it using a knife to desired shapes.

Tips:
1. The mixture color should have a domination of the Cocoa colour more. Some brands of Cocoa powder has less Cocoa taste hence the chocolate may taste like a Milk Khoa. So add 25 gms of cocoa powder and if required it is advisable to add more to get a full choco taste.
2. While making Sugar solution , one thread consistency is a tricky part. It is just a moment of sugar state. Ideally you will start seeing lot of bubbles coming up, it is time to get ready for the one thread consistency anytime.
3. While it is hot only you can start making small rolls of it and wrap it in a silver foil as well. Kids will like to eat these as they look like real chocolates!
